My experience at United Gas on 12/14/2023 at approx 3pm, was truly disappointing and discriminatory. As a deaf person, I rely on written communication, and this gas station failed me miserably. After my card wouldn't work at the pump, I went inside to pay for gas. I showed the cashier a note on my phone clearly stating my request.This is the Chevron next to Black Bear Dinner on the corner of Cypress and Hilltop. I'm Yelping this station because it really surprised me. Right off the freeway with stations on three of four corners and I noticed the price.
